I'm Rachel. Before working with small businesses, I spent over a decade working inside global corporations and fast-growing businesses in London and Sydney, from revenue strategy and sales to rebrands and marketing.
I’ve worked alongside commercial directors, sales teams and CEOs, and driven $10M (AUD) in revenue through a single events programme.
Now I bring that experience to smaller businesses, giving you an experienced outside pair of eyes to help you see the bigger picture, make better decisions and work out what to do next.
I like getting into the detail of how a business works, but I'm equally interested in the person running it and what they actually want from the business.
